    Stallholders must provide proof of a Public Liability Insurance Policy for an amount of not less than $20,000,000 andnote the interests of Fraser Coast Tourism & Events whilst conducting their activities on land controlled or theresponsibility of Fraser Coast Tourism & Events. Evidence of this insurance must be provided on request to theappropriate event coordinator in the form of a Certificate of Currency or Schedule of Insurance and this may bereviewed by Fraser Coast Tourism & Events appointed insurance broker regarding the adequacy of such insurance.

      All food vendors please note:

      • A copy of your NSW Food Authority licence or local Council approval must be on display in your stall.
      • If selling cooked food, you must ensure at least one Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) is on-site.
      • Food vendors must have at least one 20B (E) Dry Chemical Powder (or equivalent) fire extinguisher.
      • All food vendors must comply with current food and safety regulations.

        Professional Fishers Association is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its events and aims to reduceor eliminate waste, implementing eco-friendly practices and engaging with contractors and stallholders that aresimilarly focused. With the cooperation of stallholders, staff, partners, and festival-goers, our Taste of SeafoodFestivals will become waste-accountable events.In accordance with this, all stallholders are required to implement sustainable packaging and foodservice disposablesolutions at each event. We are aiming to minimise waste by requiring that only reusable or recyclable packaging isused and that stallholders reduce packaging where possible.

        Stallholders must ensure:

        • The use of reusable or recyclable packaging and cutlery including cups, plates, bowls, straws instead of disposableproducts where possible.
        • They minimise the use of packaging with their products, for eg: not using plastic straws or plastic bags, notoffering lids for drinks, offering bulk condiments instead of single serve sauce sachets etc.

        The approval process for stallholder selection will be based on the below criteria and those who can meet the briefand criteria will be given preference. Please provide details to demonstrate how you meet this criteria.

      • Appropriateness of product to the event in the selection process is to enhance the unique experience of theconsumer - i.e. regional produce or food options, unique quality home-grown and/or hand-made items.

          Professional Fishers Association NSW cannot guarantee product/services exclusivity to any stallholder as weaim to enhance attendee experience, but will endeavour to provide a variety of vendors to suit the demographicof the event. The number of stall sites may be limited according to the specific requirements and restrictions ofthe event location. Sites will not be offered to stallholders who have an outstanding payment or unresolvedissues regarding previous Taste of Seafood Festival events.
